Master Bath Remodel, Val Vista Lakes
This was a full gut remodel of a dated master bath in Val Vista Lakes, rebuilt with a double quartz vanity, a curbless tile shower, and glass treated specifically to resist Gilbert’s hard water instead of hazing over within a year the way untreated glass does out here. Tub-to-Shower Conversions
Tub-to-Shower Conversion, Power Ranch
This project started with a garden tub the homeowners hadn’t used in years, dead space in an otherwise good-sized bathroom. We removed it and built a walk-in shower in its place, with a bench seat, a wall niche for shampoo and soap, and a heavy frameless glass splash panel instead of a swinging door. Walk-In and Accessible Showers
We converted a sunken tub in this Seville home into a zero-step, wheelchair-accessible walk-in shower, with a handheld sprayer mounted on a sliding cradle and grab bars placed exactly where they were actually needed, not just where a generic accessibility checklist says to put them. Projects like this one are quiet, specific work, built around a real daily need rather than a design trend, and they’re some of the most meaningful jobs we take on. Nothing about the finished space looks clinical or institutional, it looks like it always belonged in the home.
